The BJP-led NDA government completed two years in office on May 26; however, no major step has been taken yet to clean the waters. Envisaging to rid the river of all floating flowers, coconuts, plastic bottles, plastic bags, food packets, corpses (human and animal), algae, logs, bamboos, wood material, water hyacinth, aquatic flora (plants) and any other floating waste by using specialised machines, the National Mission for Clean Ganga, nodal body to spearhead Namami Gange (Clean Ganga) project, recently floated a tender to invite bids from the interested firms for the work, which is expected to start in the next few months.
The plan is to hire contractors who will be responsible to get the machines, whose numbers would depend on the river surface area, and deploy them in rivers to collect all floating matter before disposing them on the shoreline with the help of urban local bodies.â€.â€Importantly, the ministry sources said, that in cases of human corpses found during the process, the contractor would be bound to inform the local police and follow the required procedures. "The responsibility of identifying the number of machines required for a particular stretch would rest with the contractor,†said a senior water ministry official.
Proper planning for the task has been the defence of the Union water resource ministry for the delay. The project’s reach includes Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal, and five states the river spans. For transparency in the work, the contractor will have to document daily activities. The last date for submitting bids is June 13, the officials said, adding, "Once finalised, the work would be carried on for the next three years.
The contractor must also "photograph and videograph pre and post scenarios†the tender document, accessed two color injection molding machine by this newspaper stated, adding, "All records shall be maintained for collection of waste, disposal of waste at river shore and collection of waste by the local authorities for further disposal.Failing to achieve much so far in cleaning Ganga, one of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pet projects, the Centre recently rolled out a plan to remove all the floating waste found on its surface

. It may also prevent many other complications such as cardiovascular disease, aging and cancer, which are all regulated by the biological clock genes," the lead author opined. The group on the traditional 6M-diet did not lose weight and did not experience any improvement of sugar levels, requiring an increase in medication and insulin doses. This produces a glucose balance and improved glycemic control among type 2 diabetics," explained lead author Prof.
Washington: People diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes take insulin injections to regulate the movement of sugar into the liver, muscles and fat cells, but this way they are increasing the risk of weight gain and the loss of control of blood sugar levels. But our research proposes shifting the starch-rich calories to the early hours of the day."We believe through this it will be possible for diabetics to significantly reduce or even stop the injections of insulin, and most of antidiabetic medications, to achieve excellent control of glucose levels," Jakubowicz added."Their need for diabetic medication, especially for insulin doses, dipped substantially. Jakubowicz noted.Researchers studied 29 type 2 diabetes participants and compared a new "3M-diet," more in alignment with our biological clock, with a control group on the traditional 6M-diet."This suggests that the 3M-diet is not only more effective in controlling diabetes. But the group on the 3M-diet not only lost weight but also experienced substantially improved sugar levels.According to the new research, our metabolism and biological clock are optimized for eating in the morning and for fasting during the evening and night, when we are supposed to be asleep.
Daniela Jakubowicz of TAU&PET injection molding machine39;s Sackler Faculty of Medicine and Wolfson Medical Center's Diabetes Unit."But the usual diet recommended for type 2 diabetes consists # of several small meals evenly distributed throughout the day -- for example, three meals and three snacks daily, including a snack before going to sleep to prevent a drop in sugar levels during the night. But the '6M-diet,' as this is called, has not been effective for sugar control, so diabetics require additional medication and insulin," Prof."The traditional diabetic diet specifies six small meals spread throughout the day.The injections not only contribute to weight but trigger a vicious cycle of higher insulin doses, a higher incidence of cardiovascular disease and other complications, a study published in the journal Diabetes Care stated. Some were even able to stop using insulin altogether," added Prof. So, is there another way to treat diabetes? Yes.Consuming a starch-rich breakfast early in the day coupled with light dinner can work as a great insulin injection replacement. The experimental 3M-diet comprises a meal of bread, fruits and sweets in the early hours of the morning; a substantial lunch; and a small dinner specifically lacking starches, sweets and fruits. Finding calm amid chaos is one of the qualities art possesses and Anu’s work is no different. Then the areas are gouged out with the picture and acid and then the ink is rubbed on the depressed area that is then passed through an etching press and the ink is forced out of the depressed area. It’s in a spiral that is deliberate because a spiral is open and expanding; the openness represents hope. She explains that the works have been divided into two categories: ‘nature beautiful’ for the paintings on the wall and ‘nature threatened’ installations and sculptures. But how? "I am not talking about the environment in the future — I am questioning it. While her double color injection molding machine works pose the question of ‘what next?’ for the environmental crisis, the answer she is hoping for is a positive one.â€.Her artwork involves an intense level of investigation and interpretation of her subjects.â€She has used the colour intaglio technique which involves etching and is done on a zinc or copper plate. It was meant to be meditative.
Her work involves a diverse portfolio of paintings, sculptures, installations, and pottery.†For instance, she explains the work put behind her centrepiece, Labyrinth. Each plant was choked by the plastic and they were all wilting and rotting,†she adds.†Speaking about one of her paintings The Hymn of Creation that was inspired by the Rig Veda, she says, "I have repeated it six times because I do not want the viewer to read it but it is more like using it as a graphic symbol. I am presenting a part of the situation that is around me,†she replies. She explains, "A lot of research goes into it but the basic idea and concept comes from the heart. She adds, "The paintings do have tranquillity because that is how I view nature. "The concept of the labyrinth is very fascinating. But what happens if there is no nature left to admire and the only thing visible to the naked eye are heaps of garbage?Anu Jindal, in her art collection exhibited at the India International Centre, tries to draw the public’s attention towards the deteriorating conditions of the world around us. Through her works, she puts forth the stark question, "Whither next?â€Her works revolve around the earth and the environment with a focus on the past and the present.
The aim of the exhibition, she hopes will "encourage viewers to move in the right direction as everybody comes on board to solve the crisis.Art and the environment are symbiotic in nature — a fact that is well known to all. I made it out of plants and covered it with plastic. "In colour intaglio printmaking technique, you have to make deep grooves and these grooves are in deep layers and then you ink it in three different colours,†she explains and later calls it a "very complicated†technique

Fitch Solutions on Wednesday raised India&PVC injection molding machine Manufacturers39;s fiscal deficit forecast to 3.2 per cent growth," Fitch said citing sweeping corporate tax cuts and weak GST collections and import tariffs as the reason for the same.4 per cent previously, reflecting our view for a larger slippage versus the government's 3.1 per cent year-on-year in Q1 of FY2019/20 from 7.The move is estimated to result in Rs 1.1 per cent (from 13.2 per cent year-on-year in Q4 of FY2018/19 largely due to the collapse of a dominant Non-Bank Finance Company (NBFC) in the industry, the Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS), in September 2018, it added. The IL&FS's default amid fraud allegations also caused a credit crunch for industry rivals and a subsequent surge in their borrowing costs..6 per cent of the GDP for this fiscal year, from 3.3 per cent (from 13.3 per cent target.2 per cent, for companies which are not receiving any incentives or exemptions.

"We expect weakening merchandise imports to pressure import tariff revenues despite a hike in tariff rates charged on certain goods introduced in the FY2019-20 Union Budget. Growth of merchandise imports has been on a slowing trajectory since Q2FY2018-19 and even went into contraction in Q2FY2019/20," Fitch said. This saw NBFCs significantly cut back on lending activity in the months that followed which resulted in six consecutive months of year-on-year contractions in vehicle sales from March-September 2019.The RBI follows a 12-month period from July to June and pays an interim and final dividend to the government based on its profits.New manufacturing companies formed after October 1, will enjoy a 15 per cent (effective rate of 17 per cent) corporate income tax rate, versus 25 per cent previously.Fitch said it was revising the fiscal deficit forecast as revenue collection is likely to fall far short of the projections in the FY2019-20 Union Budget due to weak goods and services tax (GST) and corporate income tax collections.Besides, private consumption growth more than halved to 3.4 per cent projection.
"We are revising our revenue growth forecast to 8.There are chances that the government may seek to stimulate growth through fiscal spending, given a dismal 5 per cent real GDP growth print in Q1 of FY2019-20 versus an already weak 5.The government on September 20, had announced that it would be slashing corporate income taxes for domestic companies to 22 per cent from 30 per cent previously. Therefore, the sharp reduction in tax rates will drag heavily on revenue collection. It also revised down expenditure growth forecast for FY2019-20 to 12."Separately, we expect weak private consumption growth to weigh on GST collection and this is already being reflected in the growing shortfall in GST collections thus far in FY2019/20," it said.6 per cent of GDP in FY2019-20 (April–March), from 3.
This would bring effective corporate tax rate, including all additional levies, to about 25.On the upside, the government could seek another large capital injection from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) via its interim dividend paid in March which could see the central deficit come in smaller than the forecast.45 lakh crore in revenue loss for the government during FY2019-20.NBFCs helped to fund more than 50 per cent of commercial vehicles, 30 per cent of passenger cars, and nearly 65 per cent of two-wheelers in India

A budget smartphone designed by keeping in mind the trend and demands of millennials. With the number of smartphones flooding the market, the battle for supremacy in the budget smartphone segment rages on. The S42 brings impressive features and specifications to the table, but does it render it into the real-life performance? Let&PVC injection molding machine Manufacturers39;s find out. Casual games such as Candy Crush and Shadow Fight 3 work without hiccups.
The rear panel featuring the typical itel logo is made of metal and plastic combo — the antenna area is made of plastic, as usual. The handset managed to last us an entire day with moderate to heavy usage on a single charge. However, with resource-intensive games and apps are best left at bay. However, the only hiccup was the load times for heavier apps sometimes takes a toll on the performance. itel, owned by Transsion Holdings, is a two-year-old young player in this race, has added fuel to the embers with its latest offering S42. The itel S42 offers a full view display, Android Oreo, an entry-level Snapdragon chipset, decent front and rear cameras, and a 3000mAh battery. However, the phone doesn't quite achieve a 'bezel-less' look. At Rs 8,499, the smartphone goes up against rivals in the similar price bracket. The only defining feature of the itel S42 is its 18:9 display, which is now a norm and bound to attract attention as usual. There is no denying that S42 has managed to deliver a fluid performance. The smartphone feels sturdy and good to hold. If you are looking for a good smartphone on a budget, then the itel S42 could be considered. The display does not meet the end of the chassis and has quite a visible black bar on the sides. The selfies clicked on the phone turned out surprisingly well. Now, there's a new one brewing in the sub-Rs 10,000 price segment. We found that the smartphone does not suffer any lag or stutters. In well-lit scenarios, images have a fair amount of detail, dynamic range and natural colours..The itel S42 features a 13MP selfie camera with a dual LED flash.Multitasking on the phone and switching between apps is handled pretty evenly, but resource-heavy apps did show a bit of stutter on some occasions. The smartphone flaunts a 5.Build, Design, DisplayThe S42's design isn't anything new — it looks almost identical to most smartphones in the market. The fingerprint reader on the rear can be seen # at the centre of the top half and performs pretty well.Specifications, PerformanceThe S42 is built using a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset, clocked at 1.
The display glass features a 2.The rear camera module mimics the iPhone X-like rear panel at first look.VerdictThe itel S42 is an entry-level phone that provides a good value for its price. If performance on a budget is your core priority, you could look elsewhere.4GHz.5D glass protection but has no mention of the type of glass used. Bottom line — images produced by S42 are above average and better than the most smartphones in the sub-Rs 10,000 category. The camera app comes with a handful of features as well. Low light images were decent, and the S42 managed to keep noise levels low. If you are a heavy user, expect an average of 6-7 hours easily. However, look closely and you will find a single camera sensor and the second circle is nothing but a dual-tone LED flash. It ticks all the right boxes with its nice camera performance, good battery life and overall decent performance. Most of the pictures turned out to be good on the phone — thanks to the vivid display.65-inch HD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio which makes the look phone tall and narrow. We noticed a bit of lag in both shutter speed and focus hunting — sometimes latching focus on the subject is almost impossible.BatteryThe S42 is backed by a 3000mAh battery which helped the device clock around 12 hours our use. Check out some sample shots from the itel S42 below.
It is aided by 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The company has pre-fitted the display with a screen guard, which could probably mean that the display is not scratch resistant. The old 425 Snapdragon chipset, 3GB RAM and the latest Android 8.0 Oreo ensure that the smartphone sails through day-to-day use such as browsing the web, capturing occasional photographs and using social media apps. The smartphone doesn't heat up during normal use but leaves you with a hand warmer when playing games — not alarmingly hot though. The S42's display has decent viewing angles and reproduces natural and vivid colours; However, the display is not as bright as expected, and it suffers visibility in broad daylight.CameraPhotographs captured with 13MP rear camera managed to surprise us. However, one will notice grains only when zooming into full size. Apart from the basic photo and video, there are PRO, Beautify, Low-Light, Panorama, Wide-Selfie and Multi-Exposure modes. As for the gaming performance, it manages to deliver a decent experience. The phone will also have face recognition technology which will be introduced via software update

Militarily, the flying machine can be used for logistics surge, sending reinforcements into inhospitable terrain, medical assistance, casualty evacuation, search and rescue, special forces operations, counter-infiltration and counter-terrorist operations, especially in tough terrain conditions, including mountains, as long as a rough jeep-able track exists. Having said that, we must be very clear about their capabilities and performance limitations.Civilian utility is significant, particularly HADR (Human Assistance and Disaster Relief).Similar tasks can be prosecuted by our Armed Forces. The company is planning to sell the vehicle to a multitude of militaries, including the US, and are looking into possible civilian applications.
The French Special Forces helped develop and test it. All over the world, especially in the West, automobile and aviation enthusiasts and companies have been experimenting to make the concept a reality., provide immense potential and scope for employing these versatile and exciting flying cars. But the Flying Car, because of its novelty, exciting military and civil utility potential, is here to stay. The flight itself is a mixture of powered flight and, when closer to the target and stealth is needed, a silent glide. Vezzoli set off on June 14, 2017 at 8 am from an abandoned wartime runway in Ambleteuse, a town on the northern coastline of France, between Calais and Boulogne-sur-Mer. They are already planning to develop the Mk 2, which will be lighter, have two engines (one each for the air and road), to meet environmental standards.
A flight can last three hours at an altitude of 3,000 metres (10,000 feet) and a range of up to 240 km (150 miles). It was something that appealed to the French military after a 2013 operation in Somalia to rescue a spy went bad due to the helicopter’s loud noise alerting the enemy to their presence — two French commandos died as a result. Any tasking must be done based on the mission, urgency, risk potential, terrain capabilities, payoffs and implications of failure. The Pegasus has been developed by Vaylon, a young start-up that was backed by a French Defence Military grant of 700,000 euros, with basically military use in mind.
However, Indian conditions along our Northern and Eastern borders are quite different — high altitude (above 10,000 feet), inhospitable, very few roads, extreme temperatures, high density of air defence network and troops, and fairly active and alert borders. Helicopters of various sizes, endurance and operating ceilings have been flying very effectively for decades in the military and civil domain with out of proportion dividends, especially in adverse terrain conditions.Of course we have to take the vital aspect of air and flight safety, including in the military sphere, into consideration.A big historical car leap was made when French pilot Bruno Vezzoli, almost 50 years after Dick Van Dyke took to the skies in the Hollywood movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, crossed the English Channel in a flying car called Pegasus. The vehicle itself is an off-road buggy that’s attached to stealthy paragliding gear; the idea being it can fly into otherwise unreachable territory, detach the gliding gear and then traverse difficult terrain.Such versatile vehicles that have a three-dimensional capability can overcome surface friction, can carry loads including logistics, weapons and weapon platforms and even glide silently, have immense military and civil employability. In flight, it travels up to 80 km/h (50 mph) using a pusher propeller. The aptly named Pegasus (the winged horse of Greek mythology) is powered by a Rotax 912 engine, which allows it to reach a top speed of 97 km/h (60 mph) on the road. Logistical tasks, employment in urban settings for speedy commute, policing and security duties etc.How many of us as children have fantasised about driving a hi-tech car a la Batman or 007 James Bond, which, when an emergency or contingency demands, becomes a flying machine and zooms off into space escaping from the menacing mob or villain?Aviation and auto aficionados have dreamt of combining the capabilities of the plane and automobile into one versatile multipurpose vehicle. We are some years away from exploiting these cars in numbers, especially in the civil sector. The car needs only 100 metres (330 feet) to take off and 30 metres (100 feet) to land. Toyota, the German firm Lilium and Urban Technologies, an Israeli firm, and a few two color injection molding machine Manufacturers others are already testing their prototypes. The machine travelled at about 45 mph at an altitude of 3,000 metres. The aircraft successfully landed 50 minutes later in East Studdal, a village near Dover, England. Helicopters can perform most of the tasks with more efficiency, safety and security. After the initial surprise is lost, tasking has to be meticulously planned and executed. In fact, numerous short and long hops made by flying cars have been reported in the last two decades

Gone are the days when we used to save them on pen drives — the size of files being generated is pretty huge today. Each bay has a lever that needs to be pulled outwards from below to detach (and lock when inserting) itself, apart from having a secure lock so that they are not accidentally pulled out when in operation.Rating: Verdict: Synology’s Diskmanager OS makes it very simple for any user to setup servers such as Web, DNS, Email, FTP, Video, Photo and many more.54x7. The brand is well-known for networking products and the Diskstation DS918+ is something that we got our hands on this month. The NAS is a simple network server that can be set up with 1 to 4 hard drives, in less than 15 minutes.Build:The Diskstation DS918+ is a simple, square, all-black box, about the size of a small toaster. Deploying cloud-based storage may be convenient and secure, but the price you pay for it is not as practical as you think. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one eSATA, one USB 3.0 and a power socket are what you will see back there.3kg without the drives.
With tons of data each person makes each year, the only possible storage area option left is your laptop or PC at home or office. It has a matte-finished plastic exterior, with absolutely no movable parts, except for the four hot-swappable drive bays up front. Each home or office produces loads of data today. The drive bays can host up to four hard drives or SSDs. So imagine your own private and secure cloud service on your home or office network and at the highest speeds required that can store your office documents, save your backups, stream up to 4K movies, playback your music, host your website and FTP servers, and much more. However, they are limited in space too. Take for example a simple smartphone’s camera which blocks around 12MB of data for a single high-resolution photo. Storing your movies and videos, music and photos in one location and easy access is what a NAS can offer. Now with multiple pics being snapped to numerous movies and music files on each phone itself, backing up to pen drives is probably impractical, leave alone expensive and slow. You can build a NAS using a PC or laptop, but these are temporary solutions and will require you to keep the computer on at all times.
Each drive bay is made of hard plastic, is lockable and the entire assembly is completely tool-less — meaning you won’t need a screwdriver to get this baby up and running. The front panel has five LEDs — one for status and four for each drive installed in the system. With the DS918+, you can run your own internet website (or intranet website), FTP services, media streaming servers, CCTV surveillance system and a lot more, at home or office.78 inches (WHD) and weighs just 2.Cons: Plastic drive bays, no proper marking of drive numbers on each bay, provision of backup button for quick USB backup on front panel, non-standard power brick, HDMI option for direct media playback could have added more value to the product. Saving to the cloud is the next big move but that needs a huge broadband connection, which could add to the plastic injection machine Suppliers costs, apart from buying online storage.0 port for quick access to transfer data from pen drives or external storage drives.
Two large exhaust fans help cool the internals, which draws the air from intake vents between the four hard drives in the front. These four hard drives snugly fit on a metal frame, attaching themselves to the internal motherboard’s SATA ports. So how do you ensure your data is safe, can be shared and also remotely accessed? One and probably the only practical and cheap solution is to deploy a network storage at home or office.Pros: Built-in M. Included in the DS918+ box is the DiskStation DS918+ unit, a power adapter with cord, two Ethernet cables and a set of drive locking keys. The single, backlit power button upfront makes up for all the controls on this NAS, and the rest of the controls are available using the network, via any web browser. The DS918+ measures 6. Also here available is a USB 3. Prices will increase accordingly depending on the number of, capacity and type of hard drives you wish to add to the NAS.83x8. We recommend this network storage server for those who wich to build a powerful, scalable and easy to user mini server for their home or office.Bring home (or office) the NAS, hook up some drives, click through some magical settings and voila, within minutes you can have your own super-cheap and super-convenient cloud storage right at home.2 NVMe SSD slots for cache expansion, ease of SODIMM memory slot access, Ease of use and configuration, 2-channel 4K transcoding availability, hardware encryption, apps for added functionality as and when needed, highly affordable. NAS devices are basically meant for 24x7 operations, run on minimum software (no s/w licenses required either), are robust and can host multiple services for almost the fraction of the cost. The rear panel has the main business end.Synology is not a new name in the industry. The Synology Diskstation DS918+ network storage barebone server is presently available for a retail price of Rs 79,817 in India. The tiny black box can work wonders if configured to the brim and serve you with a host of services, right from website to video streaming. If you have a similar issue at an office, then sharing and speed is the biggest concern. Sadly, there are no dust protection filters here, so one has to make sure that the DS918+ is positioned in a clean and cool environment.Having a centralised storage is a necessity today. The 120mm cooling fans operate automatically for efficient cooling and can be set between quiet operation, automatic and high cooling on manual modes

You’re buying a car that can do the cut and thrust of city life like the best of them.Well, the answer is: Not at all. What made it worse was that my test car had lovely blue paint that drew a lot of attention to it.Q Is it any good at being a Grand Tourer as you ‘car people’ call it?Oh, it’s good. It has an inherent sense of calm that so far has been the forte of Mercedes Benz. After the 1950s had given the idle rich a new moniker — the Jet Set, the world’s luxury car makers of the sat up and took notice of the fact that they could give this lot the option of making such journeys by road.. They’re supposed to be good to drive, aren’t they? This one has a relatively small two-litre four-cylinder direct injection turbo petrol engine and not BMW’s signature three-litre straight six, but the way it made its 256 horsepower and 350 torques was smooth, progressive and very predictable.Q But don’t these cars cost several crores? I’m not paying that kind of money for a BMW.Q For those who live in a city which has typical Indian roads, is this thing any good at bumps and ruts?Let me put it this way. plastic injection molding machine There is an effortlessness with which the 3GT cruises. They’ve been doing it since the genre kicked off and they’re still on top of their game today.. Oh…oh dear.We agree. Its much better at dealing with rutted roads and gravel tracks. The idea was really simple. Let me put it this way.A Grand Tourer had to be a great-looking, long-legged, luxurious long-distance cruiser that felt sporty, was manageable and could sit comfortably at high speeds all day. But it’s still a BMW.
It is spacious, commodious, comes with a super-smooth power train, cruises well enough to justify the GT badge and deals with Indian roads rather well. It’s easily big enough for two properly strapping adults and a child. The reactions I got to it were ‘Wow!
They were the most expensive cars money could buy in their day.Right, so we’ve established that the 3GT is as pleasing to look at as a gaping wound. As well you shouldn’t. You’ll find evidence of that in the interior. The boot is vast as well.Q What exactly am I buying for about 50 lakhs? Apart from a travelling salesman, obviously. Just remember to push the button that closes the tailgate when you’re done. But like supercars and great SUVs, the 3GT has another complete set of skills.Q Okay. The end result is something that is all of these things. And thus the Grand Tourer car was born. It doesn’t look particularly good.Q Presume that ‘bombo’ back-end must have a point! It does. But it still feels like a BMW somehow; only more relaxed.Ferrari, Aston Martin, Maserati and Bentley are specialist manufacturers of Grand Tourers.’Someone wanted a coupe, another wanted an estate car and someone else wanted a fastback.Q Still not clear though. But a heavy rear end generally means a nauseating pendulum effect at high speeds. You have very little idea of what’s going on in the world outside. I picked this thing up from the BMW service centre which is situated in an industrial estate outside Mumbai. You can barely hear the engine. The road leading out of there was shocking, if not non-existent.
But while we’re stating facts, it must be said that the stereo isn’t great, the rear windows only go halfway down, which is a questionable oversight because all four windows are frameless and therefore draw attention to the design fault. You won’t feel this in any way, but that’s the GT side of this car shining through. Really good. Grand Tourer? Is that a euphemism for some sort of travelling salesman, you wonder.. Break it down for the common man. But you’re still enjoying the drive. That’s when it hit me! The ride quality was better than it is in the normal 3 series and because of this car’s heavier rear end, it bounces around a lot less. This is BMW’s second effort at turning their humble 3 Series into a capable, luxurious and comfortable Grand Tourer. Four large suitcases and a few other bits and bobs? No problem. The technology of the time meant that such journeys could be made faster, easier and infinitely more pleasurable than they had ever been. There was another tiny little fact that we can’t overlook entirely. While the front half of the cabin is the same as the regular 3 Series, the rear is huge. If you’re not careful, the head-up display will inform you that you’re doing well over twice the speed limit.Q Still not convinced, don’t like the way it looks. You can converse with it at the intensity you’d like through the 8-speed automatic gearbox and it will never try to start an argument with you. Sure, it doesn’t follow the typical Grand Tourer recipe, but what it offers for about 50 lakhs plus of your hard-earned rupees is two cars in one — an everyday family car and a proper Gran Turismo. It appears to have been styled by a group of people that were falling out during the very process of styling it. The BMW costs just around half a crore

Washington: With the advancements in photo-editing technology through applications like Snapchat and Instagram on a rise, the level of physical perfection is now all over social media.Peoples perceptions of beauty hybrid injection molding machine worldwide are changing, which can take a toll on a persons self-esteem and can trigger body dysmorphic disorder.
"According to the authors, surgery is not the best course of action in these cases, because it will not improve, and may worsen underlying BDD.Director of the Ethnic Skin Center at BMC and Boston University School of Medicine, Neelam Vashi said, "A new phenomenon called Snapchat dysmorphia has popped up where patients are seeking out surgery to help them appear like the filtered versions of themselves."Vashi added, "Filtered selfies can make people lose touch with reality, creating the expectation that we are supposed to look perfectly primped all the time. The disorder affects around 2 per cent of the population and is classified on the obsessive-compulsive spectrum.
This can be especially harmful to teens and those with BDD, and it is important for providers to understand the implications of social media on body image to better treat and counsel our patients. They recommend psychological interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy and management of the disorder in an empathetic andnonjudgmental way.
Additional research has shown 55 per cent of plastic surgeons reports seeing patients who want to improve their appearance in selfies.Boston Medical Center (BMC) researchers in a JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery Viewpoint argued that body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is an excessive preoccupation with a perceived flaw in appearance, often characterised by people going to great lengths to hide their imperfections. This can include engaging in repetitive behaviours like skin picking and visiting dermatologists or plastic surgeons hoping to change their appearance. The viewpoint authors reference studies that show teen girls who manipulated their photos were more concerned with their body appearance, and those with dysmorphic body image seek out social media as a means of validation
